Bryan Heal

Bryan Heal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social impact and research within the sports sector. Currently serving as the Social Impact Research Lead at MLSE since June 2017, Bryan leads the Change the Game Research Program to enhance youth access and participation in sports. In addition to this role, Bryan is actively involved as a board member for Strides Toronto and the Sport Information Resource Centre, and co-chairs the Build Belonging Committee for Rugby Ontario, focusing on inclusion and diversity in rugby. Previous roles include consulting for various organizations and significant leadership positions at Agincourt Community Services Association and the Canadian Centre for Accreditation. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science from McMaster University and is pursuing a Master of Public Health from Lakehead University.
