Kumar Karuththiah

Kumar Karuththiah is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Strides since December 2021. Previously, Kumar held key positions including Plant HR Head at JK Fenner (India) Ltd, Senior Human Resources Manager at Revocoat India Private Limited, and Manager of People Functions at Anadocs IT Solutions. Kumar began a career in human resources at HCL Peripherals as a Senior Executive and initially worked as a Junior Executive at Anabond Essex India Private Limited. Kumar holds a Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the Madurai Institute of Social Science College, completed in May 2021.
