Ravikant M is a Black Belt certified Lean Six Sigma professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the OE Lead at Strides, Ravikant focuses on driving cost excellence initiatives. Previously, they held positions as Operational Excellence Lead at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and Business Excellence Manager at Jubilant Ingrevia Limited, where Ravikant implemented various improvement projects that resulted in significant cost savings. Ravikant also contributed as a Senior Consultant at KINDUZ Business Consulting, training numerous Lean Six Sigma projects with considerable ROI. They earned a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Biju Patnaik University.
