Jocelyn Côté

Jocelyn Côté is a seasoned Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary with extensive experience in business law, cross-border M&A, financing, securities, and corporate governance matters. They have held significant roles at various organizations, including serving as the Senior Vice President of Regulatory and Governmental Affairs at Bell Media, and Vice President Legal Affairs at Axium Infrastructure and Groupe MECACHROME. Currently, Jocelyn is the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, while also contributing as a board member for TV5 Québec Canada and Strigo. They are pursuing a Master's degree at Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor's degree at Université Laval.
