John Kutay

John Kutay is an accomplished technology professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Rippling, focusing on growth, data, and AI engineering since May 2025. With extensive experience at Striim, where John has held various leadership roles including Director of Product & Engineering and Director of Product, Growth, John has spearheaded innovative projects aimed at enabling major companies to leverage real-time data. Additionally, John is a Partner and Adviser at Generation Ventures, mentoring early-stage startups in enterprise software and consumer goods.
