Ross Paolino

Ross Paolino is a legal strategist and product development partner currently serving as General Counsel at Strike, where they oversee all legal matters related to the company's consumer and business products worldwide. Previously, they held the role of Associate General Counsel for Product at Coinbase, leading initiatives for cryptocurrency payments and regulatory compliance. Ross has worked in various capacities at Western Union, managing global fintech projects, and has extensive experience in litigation and regulatory counsel from their time at multiple law firms. They are also a member of the bar in Colorado, Florida, and the District of Columbia, and have contributed to legal thought leadership since 2008. Ross is pursuing a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
