Cayla Marshall is currently the Customer Success Manager at Strike Graph. Prior to this, they were an English Language Arts Teacher at Butler Junior High School from May 2020 to April 2022. During their time there, they designed appropriate instructional programs, assessed student performance, and provided clear feedback to promote student success and growth in regard to the learning objectives. Cayla also constructed an active, engaging learning environment for both in-person and virtual instruction that addressed the needs of a variety of learning styles. Furthermore, they utilized a range of instructional technology to advance student learning, stimulate student engagement, and conduct appropriate assessments. Cayla communicated clearly and consistently with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and other educational stakeholders to set instructional goals, monitor progress, and promote educational attainment.

Before their time at Butler Junior High School, Cayla was a Long Term Substitute Teacher at Lakota Local Schools in Butler County, OH from February 2020 to May 2020. Prior to that, they were a Daily Substitute at Dayton Public School District in January 2020.

Cayla Marshall has a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and Teaching from Miami University, certification from the Illinois State Board of Education in Professional Educator License, and certification from Miami University in Teaching English Language Learners Certificate.
