Laurel True-McCarthy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience design and product strategy. Laurel began the career as a Marketing Intern at Red House Records and later contributed as an Administrative Assistant at Cambridge Family Health. Throughout 2010 to 2011, Laurel served as a Student Leader and Marketing Intern for Campus Kitchens at Augsburg College. Following early roles, Laurel gained significant experience as a UX Design Intern at Thomson Reuters and advanced to a Mobile User Experience Designer position, enhancing mobile applications and responsive web products. Laurel's career continued with roles as a Life Clinic Coordinator at Life Time, Senior UX Designer at space150 and Blackbaud, and as of September 2025, serves as Director of Product Strategy at Strike Graph. Additionally, Laurel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Graphic Design from Augsburg College and a degree in Interactive Design & Marketing from Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
