Micah Spieler

Micah Spieler is currently the VP of Product at Strike Graph. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member on the Minneapolis Workforce Development Board from June 2019 to June 2020. Before that, they were with Koru | Predictive Hiring for Fit from April 2015 to May 2018 where they were the Product Manager & Design Lead. They were responsible for leading the design and development efforts for a B2B-Enterprise SaaS product that uses machine learning and data analytics to predict the fit of job applicants, increase the diversity of hires, and drive efficiency for recruiters. Highlights of their time there include managing the roadmap for the core transactional backend and UI frontend of the product, maintaining product uptime by monitoring customer transactions, integrations and backend systems, triaging bugs and prioritizing feature requests, and assisting implementation teams with new custom customer configuration and onboarding. They also lead design thinking exercises to help align teams and ensure a high quality customer experience across multiple online and offline product areas; identified new areas for product enhancements, and deliver mock ups of easy to use user interfaces that increase value and efficiency of product adoption.

Micah Spieler holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from the University of Minnesota, as well as a certification from Coursera in Leading Strategic Innovation in Organizations. Micah is currently pursuing a career in graphic design, specifically focusing on web and interactive design.
