Josh Fleck has a diverse work experience in the construction industry, starting as an Ironworker at The Shaw Group in 2012, then working as a Pipe Fitter at CB&I in 2013. Josh later moved to Lucas Construction as a Site Superintendent in 2014, before becoming a Project Controls Analyst at Bilfinger Westcon. Josh then joined STRIKE and progressed from a Project Coordinator to a Senior Director of Capital Facilities, holding various roles from 2016 to the present.
Josh Fleck attended the University of Houston from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Construction Management with a focus on Process and Industrial Construction.
