Jenni West

Jenni West currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at StrikeReady since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jenni held the position of Chief of Staff and Director of Operations for Product & Engineering at SailPoint from July 2020 to June 2025, where collaboration with senior leadership was essential for aligning strategy, operations, and execution within a large organization of over 800 personnel. Jenni's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at FireEye, Inc., where responsibilities varied from managing customer advocacy programs to serving as Senior Manager for Customer Engagement, as well as roles in operations and program management. Jenni's career also includes positions at Mandiant, ACTFL, the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors, and the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children, showcasing a dedication to operational excellence, customer engagement, and advocacy. Jenni earned a B.A. in Sociology from Southwest Baptist University in 2009.
