Rahul Tripathi

Rahul Tripathi is currently the GVP and GM of the ITSM Business Unit at ServiceNow, where they are responsible for growth and P&L management of the company's largest IT Service Management product portfolio. Previously, they served as CTO and VP/GM at Nutanix, leading global teams to drive business growth through innovative solutions. Their extensive career includes various product leadership roles at Cisco, where they contributed to significant advancements in cloud and network technologies. Rahul has also held the position of Chief Product & Technology Officer at Skytap and has been instrumental on the advisory board of StrikeReady. They earned a BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and an MBA from INSEAD.
