April Troester

April Troester is the current Head of Service and Support at String and Key. Before that, they were the Vice President of Customer Service at Research Square from October 2014 to April 2021. April was also the Editing Operations Manager at AJE - American Journal Experts from January 2006 to September 2014. Lastly, they were a Graduate Assistant at Duke University Medical Center from August 2004 to August 2011.

April Troester has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Duke University, and a B.S. in Biochemistry from Bradley University. April also has various certifications from LinkedIn, Zendesk, Kaplan Financial, eCornell, and CustomerGauge.
