April Troester

April Troester has extensive experience in customer service and support roles, primarily in the field of insurtech, banking, and academia. April has held positions such as Head of Service and Support at String and Key and Wysh, Vice President Customer Service at Research Square, Operations Director at Research Square, Editing Operations Manager at AJE, as well as various editorial roles at AJE and Duke University Medical Center. April holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Duke University and a B.S. in Biochemistry from Bradley University.
