David Hyman

David Hyman is the head of product engineering at String and Key. David has over 10 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on mobile development. David has a degree in Computer Science from Tulane University.

David started their career as a teaching assistant at the University of New Orleans while they were working towards their degree. After graduating, they worked as a graduate assistant at Tulane University for two years. David then joined AD60 INC as a mobile developer. David eventually became the director of mobile engineering, overseeing the software engineering team and participating in all aspects of product development.

In February 2020, David left AD60 INC to join String and Key as the director of mobile engineering. David was promoted to director of client engineering in October 2020 and became head of product engineering in January 2022.

David Hyman has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Tulane University. David also has a Master of Music in Jazz Studies and Guitar Performance from the University of New Orleans. Lastly, they have a M.A. in Music Science and Technology from Tulane University.

Their manager is Alexander Matjanec, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Susan Park - Head of Finance, Alexandra Tull - Head of People, and John Saltarelli - Chief Operating Officer.
