Thomas Mosca has a diverse range of work experience in the education sector. Thomas began their career in 2013 as a Mathematics Teacher at Universal Companies, where they worked until 2015. Thomas then joined The School District of Philadelphia as a Mathematics Teacher from 2015 to 2016. Thomas went on to serve as an Instructional Coach at Girard College from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined String Theory Schools, first as an Academic Dean until 2021, and then as the Director of Teaching and Learning. Prior to all of this, Thomas also worked as a Mathematics Specialist at Y2 Academy - Bridgewater starting in 2011.

Thomas Mosca completed their education in a chronological order. Starting in 2005, they attended Temple University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. Following this, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Education degree in Mathematics at Drexel University. Lastly, from 2016 to 2019, Thomas completed their educational journey at Drexel University, obtaining a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, with a focus on General studies.
