Delivering independent, high-impact consulting and solutions in two critical areas: infrastructure asset management and the defence industry across Latin America.

At Strinso, we support infrastructure and defence stakeholders across Latin America with one clear goal: helping them make better decisions, earlier.

We specialize in helping pavement asset owners and managers—from airport operators to road concessions—solve the complex challenge of maintaining pavements in a state of good repair throughout their lifecycle. Too often, asset owners are unable to estimate the true cost of maintaining these assets over time, especially under long-term contracts like concessions.

That’s where Strinso comes in.

We provide independent, data-driven consultancy and solutions that help our clients shift from find-and-fix to predict-and-prevent. Our work enables them to reduce lifecycle costs, increase performance, and do the right work, at the right time, at the right cost.

🔹 We help estimate total maintenance cost over the asset’s life
🔹 We quantify remaining asset value
🔹 Our tools inform about activity, cost, task, and maintenance frequency

From rigid and flexible pavement design to advanced asset management and innovative maintenance planning, Strinso delivers clarity and confidence through smart data and engineering know-how.

Through Strinso Defence, we also represent world-class companies like Terma and ARA, bringing cutting-edge maritime, surveillance, and defence technology to key players across Latin America. We bridge the gap between global defence innovation and local operational needs.
