Amy Ly

Amy Ly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, product management, and technical support. Currently serving as a Billing Adoption Manager at Stripe since December 2024, Amy previously held multiple leadership roles at Zuora from September 2015 to January 2025, where responsibilities included driving new product introduction and customer success initiatives. Prior to Zuora, Amy worked at Innovative Interfaces, excelling as a Sales Engineer and Senior Systems Librarian, and at Baker & Taylor, where as Product Manager, contributions were made in inventory management and project oversight. Early career experiences include E-Commerce Operations Associate at University Reader Inc. and an internship at the Asian Business Association. Educational qualifications include a BA in Writing from UC San Diego, an MLIS in Library and Information Science from San José State University, and a certificate in Publishing from the University of Denver.
