Andrew Chen

Andrew Chen is a skilled software engineer with experience at notable companies including Stripe and AppFolio, Inc., where responsibilities included developing an end-to-end electronic signing service and migrating web clients to modern technologies such as React and GraphQL. Andrew also served as a teaching assistant for CS 300 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, focusing on object-oriented design and data structures. Prior to that, internships at Mai and DBS Bank involved improving ETL pipelines and automating data collection processes. Andrew holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science with an emphasis in Operations Research from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s Degree in Bioenvironmental Systems Engineering from National Taiwan University.
