Andrew Werner served in the British Army from 2007 to 2015 in various roles before transitioning to a career in technology. From 2015 to 2020, they held the position of Non-Executive Director at Shepheard-Walwyn (Publishers) Ltd, while also working as a Senior Software Engineer at Deloitte Digital from 2016 to 2018. Andrew became a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead at Funding Circle UK in 2018, and subsequently progressed to Engineering Manager and then Senior Engineering Manager at Stripe, where they are currently employed since 2023. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sanskrit and the Study of Religions and a Bachelor of Science in Intelligence and Security, alongside completing multiple courses at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and Manchester Business School.
