Brad Kempf

Brad Kempf has held various roles in the field of benefits management. Brad is currently serving as the Head of Global Benefits at Stripe since May 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of Benefits, AMER at Stripe from July 2021 to June 2022. Before joining Stripe, they worked as a Benefits Manager at Autodesk from June 2020 to July 2021. Brad also served as a Manager, U.S. Benefits at Workday from August 2018 to May 2020. Prior to that, they had a tenure at The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. as a Benefits Manager from April 2016 to August 2018 and as a Benefits Service Delivery Manager from September 2015 to April 2016. From January 2012 to September 2015, they held the position of Physician Benefits Supervisor at The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. Brad started their career as an Assistant Manager at MN Gastroenterology, PA from September 2005 to June 2007.

Brad Kempf obtained a BA in Marketing Management from the University of St. Thomas in 2002. Brad later pursued an MBA in Management from Saint Mary's College of California, which they completed in 2009.
