Chris Soper

Chris Soper is currently a Product Counsel at Stripe, a position they have held since 2025. They previously served as Senior Counsel for Product and Commercial, and Senior Counsel for Litigation and Risk at Lyft from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, Chris worked as an Associate at Latham & Watkins from 2015 to 2018 and gained experience as a Judicial Extern under Judge Hannah Blumenstiel at the United States Bankruptcy Court in 2013. Chris earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law in 2015 after completing a Bachelor's degree in History at the University of California, Los Angeles in 2009.
