Ciaran Bowen

Ciaran Bowen is an experienced technical solutions professional with a strong background in client collaboration and technical support. At CaptivateIQ, Ciaran served as a Technical Solutions Consultant, helping clients with incentive compensation needs and acting as a primary technical point of contact. Previously, as a Technical Support Engineer, Ciaran supported over 100 clients, contributed to technical documentation, and worked closely with engineering teams. Prior experience includes roles at Epic as a Technical Solutions Engineer, where Ciaran provided support during software implementations in hospital systems, and at the Institute of Energy Conversion as a Research Assistant focused on solar cell experiments. Currently, Ciaran serves as a Technical Account Manager at Stripe within the Digital Natives Team. Ciaran holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Delaware.
