Edwin Rowan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales support, renewals, and customer success across tech giants Stripe and Google. As Global Head of Renewals at Stripe, Edwin developed and executed a global strategy, enhancing renewal practices and aligning key performance indicators with corporate goals. Previously at Google, roles included leading teams in client needs analysis, driving revenue growth in the EMEA region, and implementing innovative strategies for AdWords optimization. With a strong background in team management, process improvement, and multi-functional collaboration, Edwin holds an MBS in Project Management from University College Dublin and a BSc in Information Technology from University of Galway.
