Frederic Wagner

Frederic Wagner is a Senior Program Manager at Stripe, where they manage the Ecosystems Risk Team, focusing on safeguarding Stripe and the Payments Ecosystem while enhancing user experience. Previously, Frederic held various roles at McKinsey & Company, including Senior Associate and Engagement Manager, where they led teams in delivering operational improvements for major health clients. They also served as a Project Manager for Civilla, driving human-centered design projects with the Michigan State Government, and led infrastructure planning for Northern Haiti at the Inter-American Development Bank. Frederic earned a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
