Jeff Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people science, talent analytics, and education. Currently serving as a People Scientist at Stripe since March 2020, Jeff previously held the role of Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities from September 2017 to September 2020. At Korn Ferry, Jeff contributed as Director of Talent Analytics and Data Systems, along with roles as Sr. Manager and Manager in Research and Analytics from September 2013 to March 2020. Prior experiences include Adjunct Faculty at Hamline University and various teaching roles at the University of Minnesota, where Jeff also completed a Ph.D. in Quantitative Psychology and Psychometrics. Jeff holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Japanese Language and Literature from the University of California, Davis.
