Jerry Lee

Jerry Lee serves as the Global Head of Risk Legal at Stripe since August 2021, leading a team of product lawyers in providing legal guidance on payments regulations and risk management. Prior to Stripe, Jerry held a position as Product Counsel at Perkins Coie LLP and worked as an Associate at White & Case LLP, focusing on M&A and technology transactions. Jerry's extensive background includes roles at McKinsey & Company, where recognition was given as one of the "Next Generation Women Leaders," and various positions in technology and legal fields, including an internship at the Clinton Foundation. Jerry received a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Physiology and Economics from McGill University, along with additional credentials in international law and studies at several universities globally.
