Jia de Lim

Jia De Lim is an accomplished professional with a strong background in operations and partnership development. Currently serving in operations at Stripe since May 2021, Jia De Lim has successfully managed the launch of product support vendor sites in India and Romania, as well as an operations center in Mexico, focusing on achieving positive customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity outcomes. Prior experience includes a role at Amazon Web Services, where Jia De Lim led an independent project to profile and rank ISV partners across the APAC region, identifying over 1000 high-potential accounts. Additionally, Jia De Lim interned at the Monetary Authority of Singapore on a project related to insurance industry supervision, and gained consulting experience at Accenture. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Singapore Management University and a business administration degree from the University of Surrey.
