Lilly Beshore

Lilly Beshore is currently leading a global team in Global Risk Operations at Stripe, addressing complex challenges across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. Previously, Lilly served as Director of Program Management at Meta, where they oversaw a team responsible for substantial sales and profitability growth. Their experience also includes key roles at Google, where Lilly developed the Voice of the Customer team and made significant improvements in customer support processes. Prior to that, Lilly worked at Altman Solon, Amazon, The Boston Consulting Group, and Keystone Strategy, gathering a wealth of expertise in consulting, program management, and operations. Lilly holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a degree in History from Harvard University.
