Lucy Molan

Lucy Molan possesses extensive experience in sales management and coaching, having held key positions at Stripe and Google. As the Head of Sales for EMEA Startups and SaaS Platforms at Stripe from February 2022 to January 2025, as well as the Head of EMEA Funded Startups, Lucy focused on enhancing sales strategies. Prior experience at Google spanned from July 2014 to February 2022, where Lucy served as Head of Sales for Ireland, along with roles in sales management for Travel & Finance and as a Senior Account Manager. Earlier career roles include Project Manager at Avvio.com, Business Analyst at Ariadne Capital Ltd, and Operations Program Manager at Microsoft. Lucy holds a BSc 2:1 Hons in Business Information Technology from Queen's University Belfast.
