Mark Austin, CPA, currently serves as a Tax Information Reporting Advisor at Stripe since April 2022. Prior to this role, Mark held several positions at Credit Suisse, culminating in the role of Vice President for Information Reporting & Tax Withholding from August 2013 to April 2022, with expertise in areas such as FATCA, CRS, and various tax withholding regulations. Mark also worked at KPMG US, initially as an intern and advancing to Senior Associate in the Global Banking - Tax Group before transitioning to Assistant Vice President at the US FATCA Desk. Mark obtained a Master of Science in Accounting & Finance from Binghamton University School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the same institution.
