Melissa Hatter is an experienced professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as the Customer Success Lead for the Americas at Stripe since November 2020. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Head of Customer Success at Leaf Logistics and Vice President of Customer Success at Emissary.io. Additionally, Melissa has extensive experience as COO and Head of Customer Success & Strategic Account Management at Frankly Inc., where leadership extended over multiple client-facing teams. Earlier in Melissa’s career, as Executive Vice President of Product & Client Operations at WorldNow, oversight included enterprise-level product development and client support for over 450 media customers. Melissa began her career at NBC as Affiliate Relations Manager and later managed affiliate operations at UGO Networks. Melissa holds a B.S. in Communications with a focus on Television and Radio Production from Ithaca College.
