Michael Bagwell is an experienced technical writer with a strong background in documentation and content strategy. Currently serving as a Technical Writer at Stripe since June 2021, Michael led the documentation efforts for Stripe's Invoicing product and contributed to the establishment of the Content Strategy team, implementing innovative governance and editing solutions. Prior to Stripe, Michael worked at Apple as the sole API Technical Writer for the Radar issue tracking system, focusing on content quality and stakeholder collaboration. Michael’s career at IBM spanned from 2012 to 2020, where key contributions included developing high-quality documentation for High-Performance Computing and Power Systems Virtual Servers, as well as authoring instructions for IBM pSeries products. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
