Norbert Chu has extensive experience in software engineering, starting as a software development intern at Propel IT in 2012, followed by a role as a software engineer at FactSet from June 2014 to October 2015. Norbert then worked as a software engineer at Yext from October 2015 to August 2019 before advancing to a senior software engineer position at Arch in August 2019 and at Stripe since May 2022. Norbert’s expertise includes distributed systems management, particularly with Apache Zookeeper, and the development and maintenance of internal libraries. Norbert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, obtained in 2014.
