Rob L. currently serves as a Customer Success Leader for EMEA at Stripe, where they focus on client engagement and support. Previously, they managed a large specialist sales team at YouTube, overseeing the growth of significant media agency partners. Rob has experience in account management and retail sales at Google, where they held several leadership positions, and has also worked at companies such as Bose Corporation and Sony. They are pursuing a Master’s in Brand Development at Goldsmiths College, U. of London, while also studying for a Bachelor's in Business, Economics, and Social Studies at Trinity College Dublin.
