Ryan Kelly has extensive experience in risk management and compliance, currently serving as the Head of Enforcement and Monitoring Strategy at Stripe since September 2019, following roles as a Senior Program Manager in User Standards and Regulatory Compliance. Prior to Stripe, Ryan worked at Amazon as a Program Manager in Risk and Compliance Services from July 2017 to September 2019. Earlier career experiences include positions at PwC, where Ryan progressed from an Experienced Associate to a Manager in the Financial Crimes Unit, and a brief tenure at EY as an Associate in the Financial Services Office. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in New Media Marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
