Ryan M. possesses extensive experience in IT support and site reliability engineering. At DeNA from July 2013 to February 2016, Ryan served as IT Support Lead, providing hands-on and remote support for staff across international offices. Subsequently, from June 2019 to October 2024, Ryan held the position of Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Square, where responsibilities included developing cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and modernizing observability stacks, alongside mentoring junior team members through a fellowship program. Currently, Ryan is engaged as an Engineer in the Client Platform team at Stripe, following earlier roles at Chevron Stations Inc. and Apple, where foundational experience was gained as Assistant Manager and Lead Genius, respectively.
