Ryden Small has a diverse professional background spanning customer service and recruitment, with experience at Jersey Mike's Subs as a Crew Member, where engagement with customers enhanced dining experiences and sales. Following that role, Ryden served as a Technical Recruiter and Associate Recruiter at Dexian starting in October 2023.
