Sara Arnoudse

Sara Arnoudse is an experienced leader in talent development and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as the Head of Talent and Development at Stripe since June 2021. Previously, Sara held prominent roles including Head of People Development at Stripe, Global Director of Learning & Development at WeWork, and Vice President & Head of Learning and Development at Gerson Lehrman Group. Early career experiences include leadership development initiatives for C-level executive women at Chief and training program management at EF Education First. Sara's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Spanish from the University of New Hampshire.
