Technical Account Manager

Sean Dolan has extensive experience in technical support and customer success roles, beginning with a position as a Technical Support Intern at Informatica, where responsibilities included managing customer issues through a CRM system. Following this, Sean held the role of Technical Support Engineer at Inventise, contributing technical expertise for a short period. Subsequently, Sean advanced to Senior Customer Success and Product Specialist roles at CYGNVS, and as a Technical Account Manager at Stripe, currently held since December 2025. Prior experience includes production management at The Wright Venue.
