Shanshan Chen

Shanshan Chen is an Engineering Manager at Stripe, where they lead the Terminal Device Management team focused on scalable infrastructure for payment device management. They previously held positions as a Software Engineer at Stripe and Scratch, where they contributed to backend systems and improved operational efficiency. Shanshan also gained experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Google, leading projects for YouTube TV, and worked as a Research Assistant at both The University of British Columbia and Tsinghua University.
