Stacey Rapp

Stacey Rapp is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in asset management and procurement across various organizations. Most recently, Stacey served as Head of the IT Business Office at Stripe, focusing on IT Asset Management and Procurement Management. Prior roles include Senior IT Manager at Twitter, where key contributions were made to enterprise tooling and cost control, and Senior IT Manager at the County of Santa Clara, where Stacey led the development and implementation of an enterprise IT Asset Management strategy. Early career experiences include positions at EHC LifeBuilders, where Stacey engaged in program reporting, and the Portland Development Commission, where project management skills were honed.
