Sydney Phan

Sydney Phan currently serves as an Enterprise GTM at Stripe since June 2024. Sydney's prior experience includes roles at Bates College, where responsibilities included event planning for the First Generation Program and designing educational workshops for first-year Kessler Scholars. Sydney also worked as a Social Media Coordinator, enhancing visibility for campus events and supporting equity and inclusion initiatives. A Corporate Social Responsibility Intern at JetBlue in summer 2023, Sydney contributed to a cost-offsetting project and conducted competitive research on social efforts in the airline industry. Previous experience includes a Communications Intern position at the Anti-Violence Partnership of Philadelphia and social justice research at the University of Pennsylvania. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Bates College and studied English and Film Studies at Queen Mary University of London.
