Vikas Thylur

Vikas Thylur currently serves as the Head of Product Support Operations at Stripe, focusing on delivering exceptional user support to enhance business growth on the platform. Previously, Vikas held significant roles at Amazon, including Head of Growth Advertiser Success, where oversight was given to a large team managing digital ad campaigns, as well as Senior Manager of Program Management and Senior Operations Manager for Catalog Quality, leading initiatives to improve product information and data quality. Vikas's experience also includes serving as Director at UnitedHealth Group, managing operations across geographies, and leading Lean Six Sigma activities, as well as working as Assistant Vice President at Deutsche Bank, where focus was placed on transformation and business engineering. Vikas holds an MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management, with studies conducted across multiple international locations.
