Will Carroll

Will Carroll is a seasoned Risk Management leader with over 15 years of experience in financial services, recognized for establishing and maturing risk management programs across technology, cybersecurity, and business continuity domains. Currently serving as the Security GRC Program Manager at Stripe and a Board member for the Greater Hartford Chapter of ISACA, Will is committed to enhancing organizational risk oversight and community engagement. Will holds a master’s degree in computer information systems, a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and multiple professional certifications, including CISSP and PMP. Prior to current roles, Will contributed to various financial institutions, leading effective risk management initiatives and enterprise transformation projects.
