I’m Jacquelyn Morton Founder of Striv3 Group.

For 15 years, I’ve led inside startups, tech companies, and financial services organizations, not just as a senior HR leader, but also as a Chief of Staff/COO, embedded directly in the business.

I’ve led teams of 70+ across PMO, strategy, learning, communications, and change management. I understand how to scale fast, implement emerging technology, navigate compliance, and keep people at the center. My sweet spot building, run and sustaining teams (including a Data and AI Team)

That combination of HR Expertise + Technology Leadership + Business Execution, which is rare.

At Striv3, we don’t just advise from the sidelines.

We build. We operationalize. We deliver measurable outcomes.
