Kwon Li

Kwon Li is a passionate nonprofit leader with a decade of experience in workforce development, program management, and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at STRIVE since 2025, Kwon has previously held roles such as Assistant Director of Operations at PACE and Operations Manager at Chrysalis, where they managed large teams and drove operational efficiencies. Kwon also worked as an Education/Employment Specialist at Queens Community House, where they provided academic and personal counseling to students. They continue their education at St. John's University.
