Lily Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the events industry. As the Founder and Director of Strive since March 2021, Lily Jones focuses on enhancing company culture through in-person events and experiences that foster employee engagement and retention. Prior to this role, Lily Jones held various titles, including Director of Agency & Seasonal Venue Sales and Head of Agency & Seasonal Venue Sales at Smart Group Ltd from August 2016 to December 2020, and Senior Account Manager at The Concerto Group from September 2013 to April 2016, specializing in large-scale corporate and private events. Earlier in their career, Lily Jones taught English as a Foreign Language with the BUNAC Volunteer Abroad Programme in 2012, gaining valuable skills in leadership and problem-solving. Lily Jones earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with Politics from the University of Exeter between 2010 and 2013 and attended Heathfield School from 2003 to 2010.
