Jason Suarez has extensive experience in safety management and supervision within various industries. Starting as a Branch Manager at The Mortgage Link, Inc. and progressing to Project Superintendent at HITT Contracting Inc., Jason developed crucial safety plans and conducted inspections to ensure compliance with safety procedures. At SunPower Corporation, Jason served as a Senior Safety Consultant, overseeing safety adherence at the world’s largest solar plant. Jason continued this role at G&G Risk Management Consultants and later as a Senior Scientist at ERM, where responsibilities included designing safety programs and Health & Safety plans for new hires. Currently, Jason is the Site Head for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security at Strive Compounding Pharmacy, demonstrating leadership in EHS operations. Additionally, Jason has held senior roles at National Resilience and has consistently implemented improvements in safety standards and practices throughout a diverse career.
