Diana Kucer

Advisor at Strive

Diana Kucer is currently an advisor at Strive after having served as the Chief Marketing Officer at HireVue from January 2017 to March 2020. Prior to their time at HireVue, Diana was the Director of Global Product Marketing at LinkedIn from May 2014 to September 2016.

At LinkedIn, Diana was responsible for building a new business: LinkedIn Sales Solutions. When they came onboard, the product was a simple subscription. Diana made a case for rebuilding LinkedIn Sales Navigator into a true SaaS product dedicated to the sales professional use case, and capable of serving the needs of both self-serve and enterprise buyers. The new Sales Navigator was launched in 2014 and has since become a category leader.

During their time at LinkedIn, Diana played a strong role in defining the go-to-market strategy for the business. Diana and their team dove deep into understanding their audience in order to shape the right product, narrative, and channel strategies. Diana also built an amazing team of high-performing product marketers, and served as interim leader for the entire Sales Solutions marketing team (including product marketing, demand generation, online marketing, and marcom), sitting on the CMO's staff.

Diana Kucer has a BA in International Relations from Stanford University and certification from LinkedIn in the Women's Initiative Invest Program.
