StrivectorVet is a veterinary career representation partner, not a traditional hospital recruiting firm.
Unlike most veterinary recruiting companies that work on behalf of hospitals, we represent veterinary doctors and professionals first. Our loyalty is to the clinician, their career goals, compensation, work-life balance, and long-term success, not to filling a hospital’s open role.
Because we are hospital agnostic, we are not tied to any specific practice, corporate group, specialty network, or emergency hospital. This independence allows us to objectively evaluate opportunities nationwide and advocate for placements that truly align with each professional’s standards and aspirations.

Our mission is simple:
To champion veterinary professionals and connect them with opportunities where they are valued, supported, and positioned to thrive.

We partner with private practices, speciality clinics, emergency hospitals, and multi-location groups, but our representation always begins with the doctor. We align qualified veterinary talent with organisations that match their skills, values, and career vision, because exceptional patient care starts with empowered professionals in the right roles.

We support career placement across:
• Veterinarians (DVM/VMD)
• Veterinary Technicians (LVT/CVT/RVT)
• Veterinary Assistants
• Practice Managers
• Client Service Representatives
• Hospital and clinic support staff

At StrivectorVet, we believe veterinary professionals deserve advocacy, not pressure. And practices deserve talent who choose them for the right reasons. Our hospital-agnostic model ensures every match is made with integrity, transparency, and long-term success in mind.
